Gift annuity rates are attractive and payments are backed by the assets ($10 million) of the Parke County Community Foundation.  The rate will never change and you will receive income for the rest of your life.  In addition, a significant portion of a gift annuity is tax deductible in the year it is established and a part of each payment is tax-free.

You can fund a gift annuity with cash, stock, or property and you have the flexibility to choose the future use of  your gift.
